The Beginning — From Curiosity to Clarity

I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, grow, and succeed. My early years as a Scrum Master and Life Coach taught me the power of iteration — the idea that success doesn’t come from getting it perfect the first time, but from testing, learning, and improving along the way.
That philosophy became the foundation of my life and my book, Agile Living: Failing Your Way to Success.

When I started consulting for small businesses, I quickly realized that many owners were overwhelmed by digital marketing. They were great at what they did — coaching, health, fitness, education, or service delivery — but struggled to turn that expertise into a consistent flow of leads and clients. They didn’t need more complicated tech. They needed clarity and a system that worked.

Surfing keeps me grounded and reminds me that flow, patience, and timing matter just as much in life and business. I also take a holistic approach to living — physical health, mental balance, and spiritual growth all play a part in sustainable success.

That’s why I don’t believe in “hustle at all costs.” True growth happens when your systems support your lifestyle, not the other way around.
